My Evaluation

This Week Saint Pius X Catholic school has been celebrating the feast of Saint Pius X who became pope.

After mass the classrooms one to seven and the teachers all gathered in the hall to have the big feast cake of Saint Pius X.

I have been studying about Italy.
I am really interested about the Italy facts because it hooked me in to it and
 I just found out about more facts about Italy.

Cross Country - Report Writing.

Information Report Writing - St Pius Cross Country.

The statement.

The St Pius Cross Country is a sport event that you have to run long distance two times or three times.

Cross Country is a sport event that people do Cross Country in the world do it for student’s at school once a month every year.

St Pius students and teachers gathered  in the tennis courts the students got  into their group ages. When the whole school got there they started the race with the juniors then the seniors last.

Then after the Juniors finished it was time for the Seniors turn, they Jogged down the hill till all we could see was their shadows in the faraway distance. We finally come running up the hill to the finish line telling the teacher what they came as. Some of the children were cheering because either they came first, second or third.

Evaluation for week 1 - Term 3.

So far week one was one of the happiest day and also a sad day for all of us. The happy part was the whole school getting along and the Teacher’s were happy as well.  The sad part was Mrs Leaupepe going away from St Pius X catholic school we will miss her very much.

Book Review

The book that I read is Interesting and Adventurous.

Title: The Gap   Author: Marie Gibson

Date started: Monday 29 July 2013.   Date finished: I haven’t finished this book but so far, I am still continuing on reading my book.   

What was the book about?

The story is about a boy name Matthew it was his birthday and him, his sister, his Mum and his little baby sister went on a train. They were going to a place to celebrate Matthew’s birthday. Matthew and his little sister Rosie got off the train and somehow there were lots of people suddenly Rosie got lost. 

Now I'm at the part that Matthew is looking for his little sister.

What did you like about the book?

The part that I like about the book is Matthew looking for his little sister Rosie , he came past a place that he found Rosie’s bow lying on the ground. It was mystery that needed to be solved.  

What was your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part is Matthew looking for Rosie , because I think that Matthew is a caring and loving brother.
